Dr. Michael Taylor was born in Torrance, California, and he spent the majority of his childhood in southern California. Prior to his sophomore year in high school, his parents moved to Modesto, California where he graduated from Grace Davis High School in 1982. Following high school, Dr. Mike attended the University of California at Davis where he played baseball and completed his pre-med studies. In 1985, Dr. Taylor entered Life Chiropractic College West. There he earned numerous honors including the prestigious Clinical Excellence Citation which is given to only one student per year. In 1988, Dr. Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude, and soon there after started his practice in Modesto.

Dr. Taylor is an expert spinal adjuster using the finest, most specific chiropractic techniques. During his 26 years of service, he has cared for over 18000 patients. In 2003, Dr. Mike received the honor of Master of Chiropractic which means he is recognized as one of the top chiropractors in America. He has served as the team chiropractor for numerous professional sports teams, and he remains very involved with local high school and college athletes.

Dr. Mike is engaged to his beautiful fiance Danyel. Between them, they have four wonderful children. Dr. Mike's daughter Kendell graduated from Penn St. with a degree in Kinesiology and then attended grad school at UOP where she received her Physical Therapy degree. His son Eric graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Audio Engineering and Music Business. They are both very happily married and live here in Modesto. Danyel's son Cole is working and studying business at Delta College, and her daughter Hailey is a freshman at Livermore High School. She loves softball and hopes to be a nurse someday.

Dr. Taylor continues to enjoy adjusting patients six days a week. He is committed to teaching as many people as humanly possible how to keep themselves and their families healthy through a chiropractic lifestyle.
